Kim was great with our cocker- he loved her and she did a great job! The place was spotless when I was in there no complaints here- Everything was clean- I would tell all my friends to take their pets there.

borded my dog there. place looks ok up front but is filthy elsewhere.

I have tried going by there a few times only to find out the hours they list are not their real hours. I understand it's a cheaper place to get your animal groomed but what's the point when you can't even get in? I tried calling once and a woman named "Kim" answered and got rather defensive when I asked what was going on with their hours. I won't try again. I'll just go back to Petco...at least they have enough business ethic to be there when they say they will!

Facility is FILTHY! My dog came home with mange! BEWARE!

Terrible experience! Kim, the owner, was rude and bossy. I didn't feel like she listened to anything I had to say. My minpin came home totally stressed and hardly looking like he had been groomed. Look elsewhere when looking for a groomer!
