Background Emily was born and raised in Peachtree City, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2014 with dual degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. During her undergraduate career, Emily was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. Emily also interned at Project Safe (Athens, GA) and Promise Place (Fayetteville, GA) and spoke at several events regarding teen dating violence before and after graduation.
