DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! The person they "sub contracted" to us is an absolute JOKE and that is putting it lightly! The pool got delivered and dropped in however, nothing else has been done. This project was started in September 2017 and it is now May 2018 and our pool still sits with water which he told us to fill it and it looks like a pond, no concrete has been poured whatsoever. We had to pay someone else to come out and Winterize the pool. The contractor will not return our texts nor calls. The few times he has shown up has been to to work for only a couple of hours and then we won't hear from him anymore. We have already hired somoene else local (more $) to do the concrete but we still have to have our diving board, ladder, rail and the salt and chemicals to get it opened. I can not express to you enough the absolute headache this has all been! WE were specifically told before we ever started this that it would take 2 weeks at most *weather permitting and we sit at 8 mos. This will prob end up in court because I can not get C&W pools to show up with our diving board, ladder and rail. One way or the other as a company you would think they would want to at the very least give us what we are owed. I explained to them we are washing our hands of the contractor they sent us and we are gonna be out more $ in doing so however we do want our diving board, etc.. What good is a pool sitting in the ground without being finished!? A company such as this is only as good as its' contractors.
