Provided by YP.comI can speak personally about the cat shelter, both my cats came from. Spook, whose afraid of everything, was 9 mos old when "he" adopted me. They were at the old shelter where the dogs are now. Merlin was just a baby, maybe 8-9 wks old, and just as lovable as Spook had been when I came to find a "friend". Everytime I visited there someone in some stage of cleaning, and the washer running. (Every cat has his/her own towel to lay on.) During the summer I found quite a few teenage girl's volunteering their time, instead of running with their friends. I feel those girl's may go on to be vet's, tech's or something else having to do with cats, or other animal's. It's a great place for those cats and kitten's. I just wish they didn't have to exist, but then I am glad that my "friend's" were there to become my friends. Anyone will a friend there, and that doesn't mean just the "furry" one's, the staff is really excellent too.

I've visited the dog kennel, and it is just as well staffed, clean and invigorating, as the cat shelter is. I just haven't been able to find what I want yet, but I'll be there again looking. I always feel so bad for all the dogs and cats, and want to bring them all home with me.
