Founded in 1988, Elite Spice is a producer of spice, seasoning, capsicum oil and oleoresin to the commercial food industry. Strictly an industrial processor/manufacturer and not a retail marketer, the company s focus is on this narrow segment with a goal not to compete with its customers. A prime importer of spices from six continents, Elite works with growers and shippers to control and improve the quality of spices at origin. The company specializes in cleaning milling, sizing and sterile treatment of pure spices. Elite has consistently earned a Superior rating from the American Institute of Baking. Elite Spice is located in Jessup, Md., with an additional location in Reno, Nev.
