The Fireplace Store & More is locally owned and operated. We purchased an existing business in September, 2007 and have made great strides since that time. Our goal is to provide quality products that are not otherwise available in our area. We moved to our new showroom in September, 2008 so as to allow customers to see dozens of operating display units. We believe it is important to see an item prior to buying it. In August, 2009 we expanded our Premier Solatube Dealership to include the entire St. Louis Metropolitan area. We have made dramatic changes in the past two years. We now operate with seven full-time personnel, with dedicated vehicles and equipment, with a new location and showroom, and with improved business processes. We continue to listen to our customers and modify our process to help people get the home improvement they want at the lowest total installed cost. Upgrading or adding a fireplace involves a number of technical and interior design considerations. One of our best services is free in-home upfront support. We help you through the many design and technical decisions associated with the project. Retro-fit work entails risks. We work with clients on a firm bid basis or on a time and material basis to keep the jobs lean.
