Their front desk people are extremely unprofessional, rude and even lied to patients.



Our daughter was due for her 2 months checkup and I scheduled for Saturday morning 9am. I fed the baby around 7:30am and showed up at 8:45am. Apparently they double booked the 9am appointment and there were already 4 more kids waiting to be seen. I was told that they actually go by appointment time and walk-ins will be seen afterwards, so I would be the 2nd to be seen. So I waited and waited, and then all 4 kids went in and it was already 9:15am. I asked the front desk how come they let others in first since they told me that I would be the next. The front desk woman looked at the schedule and go "oh shoot," (---apparently they messed up and forgot to let me in). And this time, I was told, instead of a friendly appology, "They are already inside so now your appointment is 9:30." What the heck!



Having an appointment scheduled for 9am, showed up ahead of time, I simply can not accept being told "NOW your appointment is 9:30" only because they messed up.



I immediately told them that I wanted all patient records now and I am not coming back again.
