This company is running almost a scam. Also their BBB rating is an F and not A.

This review is as of Mar 16, 2018. I was shopping online in a website that compares prices between different sites and justairticket.com came up and they offered instant $50.00 and competitive prices. When I booked with them, got a notification that they'd call me in 15mins and if they don't, I should call them. No one called. I gave it an hour and called them back and they said the tickets were not available at the price I booked. She stated I had to pay $180 extra per person and $360 for the entire booking. I asked if she was kidding me and she was rude. She tried to justify that at the exact time I was booking, someone else picked the tickets and they were sold out. She furthermore stated no matter which site I'd go, I would not find it cheaper. She was short and I asked what my options were. She stated I could cancel or buy at the new price. SO I canceled. I told her before I hang up that I was going to provide them a very bad review online and they should not do this type of business. She told me I should have read their terms and conditions before buying with them. Not nice!

And minutes thereafter, I got my tickets in another site and cheaper. I only paid $40 dollars more total, compared to their original price, instead of $360 additional; though they said I could not find. I even got my ticket confirmation/e-tickets in less than 15 minutes. Also when I picked my seats, the flight was half empty, not sold out.

These guys have been doing this with other customers based on the other reviews. Please do not trust and don't fall for their scam.

I am a verified purchaser. I would like to start out by saying this company does answer quickly to customer service phone calls. However, I have tried to book a ticket for $946 (stated exactly as that price) on their website. After I put my card information in, the site said "please wait until our agent gives you a call." Then I waited and a phone call came and I spoke to an agent named McGreen. He transferred me over to an agent named Denny/Danny. Danny explained to me that the plane ticket prices went up to $1030~ and to see if I would like that. I told him and explained that I just refreshed the website and the price still showed as $946. He said unfortunately, there is nothing they can do except offer a $20 discount, to bring it down to $1011.23 (including taxes & fees). It is still at a cheap price to travel from Washington D.C. to South Korea. However, if you are going to display a certain amount on the website, keep the prices current so that the customers aren't tricked into buying a cheaper price and after they book the ticket, have the price go up by $65. I tried checking other companies and other places had lower prices, so when I tried to cancel- they said that it is $89 for cancellation process fee. On the e ticket that this company sent me-- it clearly stated under Conditions of agreement/changes & cancellations that it was "Free cancellation within two hours of making the booking." I even have a screenshot of it that I wish I can post and I can on Yellow Pages! I never take the time to post reviews anywhere, even on yelp but I felt a strong need to post this. IF your company's policy states that it is free cancellation within two hours of making the booking, what you should do is to honor that. Otherwise, DO NOT put a policy that you cannot even keep. This will be my last time booking through JustAir Ticket.

This is one of the worst things I have ever experienced!!!! I hope everyone read all the reviews before booking any tickets. They only have 2 hours for free cancellations and they they will do anything they could to pass the two hours and tell you that they no longer have the seat that you have booked. And they will give you two chances which you ether cancel the ticket which will charge you $150 for penalty or you can book another fly with them but the price will be way higher than the one you booked in first place. And they will charge you some random money without letting you know. So hope this will help you all. Don’t be fooled by them like I was!!!

DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM THEM, BEWARE.
I purchased ticket from them on 12/4/15, they sent me reference number & itinerary the same day. They called me on 12/6/15 early 6am in the morning asking me extra $60, they said air ticket price went up after I paid . I never had to deal in the past, always buys tickets on line for my trip. Then they voided my e ticket without my knowledge, I called direct to air line to confirm before my departure then I found out my ticket was voided . I did not know without receiving any email or phone call, then I checked my credit I saw they refunded to credit card . These peoples are cheating to customer even transaction was clear they still wants extra money stating ticket price are changed ,airline make mistake. I called them after I found out ticket was voided. Someone returned my call, I told him I will submit complaint to Better Business Bureau since I have all the legit purchased document from then, I can provide it was paid before they want extra $60. One trash apologized me and offered me same fare I paid on 12/4/15 if I still want the ticket without paying $60 extra this time. I told him I'm willing to pay somewhere else even the price is higher than I paid, not from this trash.
THEY ARE TRASH, NOT HONEST, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM ,WILL CAUSE YOU EXTRA MONEY, THEY VOID YOUR BOOKING IF YOU NOT PAY EXTRA WHAT THEY ASK FOR AFTER PURCHASED. SCAM.LIAR,JUNK. NOT DESERVE ANY STAR. BIG LIAR, NEVER EVER .

Horrible Horrible company. they are also liars! They are an F rating on BBB. Buyer beware! We were unable to make our flight, and instead of honoring their credit for another ticket, they tried to hike the price up 3x a normal ticket for a new flight. DO NOT use this company. Shady and horrible

They are a scam. Beware! Do not use. This is a bait and switch scam. They offer a cheap price, you pay and then 24 hours later they say the price has gone up. They did this to me twice before I stopped contact with them.

I order our tickets, got reservation. Later they asked me to provide copies of my ID and credit card. I refused, and we agreed on sending them copies with some numbers and signature taped (hidden). I check AirFrance with reservation number and had found that my tickets were issued meaning AirFrance already charged my card. I was even able to select seats. Later JustAirTicket asked me again for full copies of Driver license and credit card. I refused. They cancelled my ticked without my authorization. I contacted Air France and my credit company, but still not sure JustAirTicket would return my money.
This agency is not only attempting to rob you but also stealing your sensitive private information. They are real criminals. No doubts.

I booked travel on this since they had a cheapest fair for Delta. They called me 30 minutes later wanting a copy of my American Express card for identification. I told them I wanted a refund and they claimed they would charge a cancellation fee. BEWARE of ths companies. they are rude and unethical. I am still waiting to see if they will refund. When I mentioned American Express Fraud they backed down

Terrible experience with customer service!!!! Missed my flight even when I left early due to the fact I was a 1st time flyer and Just air tickets did not tell me I need a boarding pass, when I asked them on phone what to do once I got to the airport. I should in the security line a hour and 15 mins, only to find out I had to get out of line a go get a boarding pass. I called to ask them to listen to the recording and once they hung up on me, then I waited 25 mins to have my call answer, I asked for a supervisor, and he was rude and unprofessional.... Stay away from them, you not understand them and they do not understand you plus they do not care. They charged you more then what the price of the ticket.,...just awful!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I purchased a ticket and realized the dates were from 2/17 a 2/19 when it should have been 2/17 - 2/20. So I called and asked could they extend the ticket for another day. They said it would be an extra $150. Now granted, I knew there would be a price difference but $150! The ticket from 2/17-2/19 was $232. And the ticket from 2/17-2/20 was $238 on the same website so why did I have to pay an extra $150??? I decided to cancel the ticket altogether. First of all it took me about 45 mins to get thru to the "cancellation department" and then they told me they could refund my ticket minus $100 for a service fee??? What service did you provide for me?! I will NEVER book with them again.

We booked our flights to London, UK. I admit that their documents, website, and customer support might not be top-notch, but they did a fine job to sell us the cheapest legit tickets I could find on the web, which were perfectly recognized by the airline company soon after the purchase. After all they are cheap tickets and we consumers got to know what you are buying and follow-up. I am pretty happy with my purchase -- I was able to upgraded my hotel thanks to the saving here!

We booked out flight in early Sep 2015. We soon got email confirmation. We did online check in. We got out etickets when we checked our baggage. No problem.



I was looking at one star reviews online with some trepidation. Then, I remembered we took flights via another one star ticket agent, and they were fine. While there is some value with individual reviews, on the whole, these reviews are not helpful.

STAY AWAY! DISHONEST JUNK! I booked an international flight online. They called an hour later and asked for more money. I agreed to pay $30, 5 minutes later they called again and asked FOR $40 MORE. I REFUSED TO PAY. They talked to the manager and agreed to honor the price without $40 increase.

Next day I checked with the airline and the bookings was not paid. JAT called me back and asked for more money. I cancelled the reservation and re-booked thru another site. I lost $300 because prices went up over last 2 days.

Stay away at all costs!! I had to make a route change because I wasn't sure of getting my Canadian transit visa in time. They quoted me a fare which was around 725$ . When I questioned them about the fare being way higher than what was displayed on the website, they gave me some BS about airline rules that require me to re-book a flight only on a higher class. I ended up re-booking the flight myself on the airline's website for $450.

They not even deserve a star for this site they should not even offer a star rating. I will never recommend this site to not even my worse enemy. They are a pain. They cancel your ticket if you do not answer their call even after they have given you a confirmation code. When you book a ticket they do not mention no where that if you do no answer their call to confirm your information they will cancel your tickets with no further notice. This is the first time I have use his site and FOR SURE THE LAST ONE. It just happen to call to make sure everything was fine with my tickets and my surprise was that I did not have anymore tickets that they were cancel because I did not answer their call. and the only apology I got from the "Costumer service representative" was "is our policy". My recommendation NEVER USE this site to book your tickets if you really want to enjoy your vacation.

They deserve a "-5-star" score not a one-star.

Just NEVER EVER deal with this bunch!Period.

Do not get lured by the price. Even if it is $100-150 lower than at reputable Expedia, Travelocity or from airlines themselves.

You will lose much more!!! They will call you after the reservation is made to "clarify the details" in broken English:) Those details could be

(but not limited to): "Why your billing phone number is different?", "Are you booking for someone else?", "Do you know that you need a visa to travel?", "Are you on a visa or you are a green card holder?", "Do you need hotel or car at the destination?" etc, etc.

They will also send you half a dozen of email messages stating that there is something "wrong" with the booking. And when you will express frustration that they using pressure or are putting you on hold for a long time in the middle of the conversation,

they will offer to "cancel" the reservation and that will cost you $200-300 cancellation fee posted to your card without your concent.

If you successfully will go through all those hurdles which will take hours, JUSTAIRTICKET will send you an email with DocuSign and then they will ask you for copies of your driver's license and both sides of your credit card to "compare the signatures"...

That is not all! Some clients of this OFFSHORE company which is also uses the name INFINITYWAVES, LLC (New Jersey?! ha-ha-ha)

reported that it is close to impossible to get a refund. That I do not know yet...They do cancel a reservation and keep funds forever in the past.

I needed a same day flight from Dallas to Chicago because of a family emergency and found a fare on JustAirTicket.com that was much less than I found anywhere else. The agent was sensitive to my emergency and explained that getting a refund would be hard if my situation changed. They booked my flight and I got to the hospital in Chicago on time. I booked my return flight with JustAirTicket.com and again, everything went fine and I paid less than expected. I have no complaints at all. In fact, thanks JustAirTicket.com for getting me home to my family when they needed me.

I had very good experience with Just Air Tickets.



I had to book a flight from LA back to Manchester, England immediately - my father had passed away 3 days earlier and my partner and I needed to get back in time for the funeral.



Airfare on all the usual resources was coming up at $1800 plus... EACH. Couple the pain of losing my father with the outrageous airfare, I was seriously in a state of stress.



I know I took a chance with Just Air Tickets, but Tracy took the time to find great tickets - $985 rtn each on American. That's half the price that was advertized on the AA site.



Now, two my uncles - both in their 70's, were also traveling from the US to England, had paid double via Canadian Air. When they heard how much I had paid they were suspicious and did some research. They were really concerned and wanted me to cancel the tickets in order to book with a "legit" travel agent. I didn't... I figured that if they showed any signs of being shady, my credit card would cover me. I knew I wasn't going to need to make any changes to the flights - my dates were set in stone - again, I took my chances.



My two uncles decided to trust my decision and went ahead with cancelling their flights with Canadian, opting to book with Just Air Tickets. Their AA flights cost them $1085, saving them $900.



Everything worked out fine and we all made it back to the US in one piece. No sign of a scam in sight.



I know that everyone has their own unique experiences, some good some bad, but it couldn't have gone smoother for all four of us, considering the circumstances of our trip.
