I walked into this shop, with basically zero knowledge about what I wanted, and asked for "a hard-hitting e-cig mod that blows huge clouds". The staff was courteous and helpful to the point of explaining the ins and outs of electronic cigarette mods and the differences so I could make a more educated decision on my purchase. Instead of pushing for a sale on a high ticket item, they suggested that I start off with a cost-effective, beginner friendly mod.
The fact that they took my experience with vaping into consideration before is how I know that the focus of the staff is always on the customers satisfaction.
They take good care of you, I definitely recommend this shop.
Just like the other guy stated in his review, newbies need not be afraid of coming in.
