I've never had such a negative experience with a dealership. These dudes are total low lifers!

They advertised the car at a price that was $4000 less than they were actually asking for it! I called ahead to try to ask questions about it, because the price seemed a bit unrealistic, and they told me to hold for a moment and I waited 10 minutes before hanging up and going in. I have no idea why they had me on hold for so long- when I got there there were 3 people working and 0 customers. My impression is that they didn't want me to find out the real price of the car so that I'd just come in and feel obligated to think about buying something since I'd already taken the time to come in. The sales people were downright rude before and after I found out the real price. These people seem like they prey off the impoverished people of this area...it's a real shame. I'm going to be reporting the experience to the NJ Attorney General's office in hopes of saving people from this experience in the future.
