The worst customer service. He'll file your taxes but It's impossible to get him hold of him when you need assistance to respond to audits or any such IRS letters. Be prepared to get frustrated when dealing with them. Doesn't reply to emails, doesn't pick up calls, when they do answer calls, you will be put on hold immediately by the receptionist, until you give up and hang up yourself. During the tax season,they ll simply tell you that they ll deal with audits after the tax season, but as I'm discovering now, Ttheir service hasn't improved at all. The only reason i m dealing with them because I m stuck with an audit for a prior year return that he filed.

I am really disappointed with the service they provide. I got query on my 2014 tax return filed with alpha accounting. Even after multiple calls and emails Mr Zaky has not provided any response. Eventually I have ended up paying 5k from my pocket. I will prefer a tax consultant who can help when I get IRS query, not the one who just submits the return and never responds back.

This is my third year going to this firm, the CPA runs the extra mile to get you all what you deserve, would highly recommend it.
