We took both our dogs and picked them up. There was no report of any incident. Well, a few hours after my dog Ashton was home my mother and I decided to take the pups for a walk. Ashton started limping and would not want to walk. I myself carried him home and we looked at his paws and his front paw pad had been nipped. When I say nipped there was pad missing and you could see the pink skin. My mother calls the grooming place and they said to send pictures. Well, we could not get good pictures because my dog was in pain and he would snap at you if you tried to touch his foot. So, now it's been about five days and the owner has not returned our calls. (I have met her numerous times she is always at the store). So, now my mother takes my dog to the grooming salon and she's trying to get the employees to help her. They ended up giving my mom a muzzle and no further help. Just imagine a 57-year-old woman holding her 10-year-old dog trying to muzzle, hold, take a picture, all at the same time... So they do not get a good picture I guess. Now it is nine days since the accident and the owner who is fully disclosed still has not contacted us. So, I call the grooming salon and talk to the owner she say's on the phone we have to take Ashton to the vet and then she will refund us for the vet bill. I take my dog to the vet, she verifies that the injury. Gives my dog an antibiotic for an infection/healing of the pad and gives him pain medicine. Then I go straight from the vet to Udirtydawg and Carol the owner greets me she tells me she will take care of the vet bill and I asked for a refund of the grooming. She said she will think about it and that the grooming took time and what not. I reminded her that she is breaching her duty of care, her groomer may have taken time to groom my dog but she also never reported the accident and took time to hurt my animal and neglect to tell anyone about it. Very disappointed in this grooming salon.

My 4 -5 pound Mi-Ki breed has been getting groomed at U Dirty Dawg for almost a year now. My dog is 1/12 and fully grown. they do a really good job - all the dogs are beautiful after groomed - but when my dog 1st started going, it took about 2 hours - sometimes less. I always called first, and what I assumed was making an appointment. But the last 2 times she was kept 3-4 hours, and the owner was a bit hateful and called her a walk-in, even though I had called and asked if they could get her in and out in a short time. My dog is a rare breed - needs food or she will react in a way similar to a diabetic coma. The owner doesnt care. I called to ask if I could briefly speak to the girl who always grooms my dog, and she replied that she doesnt give her groomers breaks. I will never take my dog back to U Dirty Dawg. I was taking her about twice a month at $40 a pop, but the groomer was so good to her
that i didn't mind. The owner needs Tabitha to come in and do a makeover

I love this place. They treat my dogs like their own so I feel very comfortable leaving them there. The shop is always clean and the groom always looks beautiful! I recommend this place to everyone!

I have 2 Golden Retrievers and have been taking them to U Dirty Dawg for a year. I have always have very good service and the dogs look great when they are finished. I always get the same groomer for them, Stacy. I had taken my dogs to several other places in Jenks and the area before coming here. She does the best job on them! She's definitely the best in town! I will keep taking my dogs to her. U Dirty Dawg is a great place with great people!
