This is the second time I've used this company. Both times were awesome experiences. The 2nd time was because I needed to call for someone to come out and check out my dryer. My husband had spent all week reying new things and he ran out of ideas. So I called to have someone come out. I explained what he did and he told me that if we wanted to put a little more effort into it he could tell me exactly what was wrong. I guess I was impreesed because he could have sent someone out, charged me a trip charge,labor charge and parts. But he talked me through it and sold me the parts. So thank you to the gentleman I talked to and not taking advantage of me!
