Provided by YP.comDo not even waste your time or money. This business is untrustworthy, has poor workmanship, and does not stand behind the product(s) they sell/install. If you call to complain they do not answer your call. Carpeting was installed in such a fashion that the nap and pattern was going the wrong direction. We have had to pressure them into correcting this improper installation. There was such an odor from the carpet after airing the room out for 1.5months with a whole house fan and exhaust fans in the window, we had to call someone else to remove it. After stating that she would partially reimburse the purchase price minus any labor costs, she reneged on this prior agreement. A third party inspector contracted by the manufacturer recommended immediate correction. These recommendations and deficiencies were neglected and/or rejected by the business.
