Could not be happier. Very professional and friendly sales staff, and the service they provided so far is outstanding. Brian and Dave both helped me find the motor-home of my dreams. Holiday RV was a great choice.

This company made misrepresentations about an RV I purchased from them then were horrible in their response to my phone call to them with my concerns.

In being showed an RV in the price range close to $5000 as I had requested by email, after driving 3.5hrs to see the one he had emailed pictures to me of I was shown a 1998 Fleetwood Prowler 31G which I had asked salesman Brian Sandage the question whether or not there was any structural issues I should be concerned about as I'm not a savvy camper owner and have never owned one before. Brian told me the camper was "solid and would last me a couple years when I could trade it in toward a new one and get the full purchase price paid in the trade". I expressed concern about a piece of trim above the slide out where I noticed a few loose screws which I wasn't able to see the entire roof line of that side because the camper had been pulled suspiciously close the their building which made seeing the roof line from a slight distance not possible. But because Brian was in such a hurry for a family event which I understand, asked me what I wanted him to do. I said because it worried me but since it appeared to be only loose screws and not knowing if the trim would need to be replaced I requested the purchase price be reduced a couple hundred dollars to $6,000 even. He obliged and talked to his manager Dale who allowed the reduction and I went on my way assuming I had purchased a sound camper as Brian had made it out to be. After getting home we took it out for use over a weekend and the trim piece fell off as I had worried would, but more importantly also the wood behind the trim fell out of the roof of the trim above the slide out as well. Worried about potential water coming in with it raining and forecast to continue raining I wanted to find out the issue immediately. After discussing with other repair places I was told the roof edge at minimum needs to be rebuilt as the entire roof was starting to sag and more than likely there is more wood rot in the roof but rebuilding the edge above the slide out would stop the rot from getting worse and the camper could continue to be used for some time into the future but the repair costs would run $3,500 potentially higher. I called Brian to discuss the findings and the only words he had for me was you saw the trim piece was loose and you bought it as is. Even though I told him I had no idea the roof was or could be damaged he repeated the above words word for word multiple times and offered no restitution. I requested to talk to their manager who wasn't available at that time. When I called back and asked for Dale, he repeated the same words above and offered no apologies or restitution. I told both Brian and Dale I didn't feel their sales process was right and I felt they should participate in the repair costs. The rejected my offer and hung up the phone. I called back and requested to return the RV and allow them to deal with the camper in the way they saw fit but again Dale hung up the phone before I finished my first sentence. My findings are that they intentionally parked the camper close to their building so I could not see the sinking roof line and once I signed on the dotted line they could care less about a customer or the product they just sold them. Heartless, and greasy sales practices they use I thought were a thing of the past but all people should reconsider dealing with such an unethical and non customer oriented business.
