This company is absolutely horrible, worst customer service around. My grandmother has been with this company for over 10 years, her oxygen concentrator stopped working yesterday, so I called this place of business and they told me that she was dropped as a patient because something happened at the doctor's office and they didn't receive orders, they told me that they have been waiting for orders for over a year now. I contacted the doctor's office and went there in person today and they showed me every time they had faxed over the orders. We decided to switch to Lincare, it's already been 10 times better than Apria, and we have only been a customer of them for less than 6 hours. Over the past 10 years we have requested new oxygen tanks or refills to be delivered to her house before she ran out, they would say it would be a few weeks before they can make the delivery, once the delivery date came they never showed up and they do this every single time, when her oxygen concentrators continuously broke they would make me bring it all the way to Jefferson City to get it fixed because it would be weeks if not months before they could send somebody out to replace it for her. She used to make monthly payments for them until she switched insurances which covers everything, during the time she made monthly payment she had a prescription for a nebulizer I took it to them and they told me it was going to increase her payment by $7 a month which is perfectly fine, the next week there is a charge on my bank card for $348. I told them in person and over the phone multiple times that I never authorized any payments to be taken out of my account but they said they had to have a card on file when they accepted us as patients. I always paid in cash I went to Jefferson City and talked to the manager and they said that they did not tell us about the $348 payment because they thought the insurance was going to cover most of it they also said that they cannot reimburse me for anything

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY BEWARE!!!! This company billed 2 separate insurances companys for the same equipment and tried to collect off of BOTH companys. It was brought to there attention and still tried to get away with it. Insurance companys and Dr. office were also notified and called them on it. Went through different company for the equipment and will NEVER recommend this company again!!!!

I get sleep apnea supplies from Apria in Jeff City. I love the people I deal with there. I HATE the corporate phone set up! I live in the same county- 10 miles away. You can't call the Jeff City office! You get someone in New Hampshire, Missouri, all over the country; BUT NEVER Jefferson City. Half the time they will tell you they can't reach anyone in Jeff, when I know there are at least 2 people there. So here it is 2015 and if I want to talk to someone in Jeff City, I have to get in my car and drive there???
