This company do not check refe...

This company do not check reference when making a decision on who to rent to. They did not call past landlords or recent employment . They have you bring a big deposit in and tie your money up for days. This company I give no stars to.

Over charges for cleaning

If you like to get your deposit back by cleaning when you leave a property- forget it. I can guarantee that house was cleaner when I moved out than it was when I moved in but I was still charged $115 for cleaning. They didn't even thank me for getting all the stains out of their old carpet. Renter beware!!!!

SCAM ARTISTS

We had several problems with them going through our house while we weren't there. They would always make sure we weren't home before they entered and as Butch said snooped. Their owner Chuck was the worse person I have ever dealt with. I would call to report something and he would blame us. The company is nothing short of scam artists. They also said we didn't clean our sink when we moved and tried to charge us a $100 fee saying they wiped it off. When i called Chuck started yelling about having an attorney on retainer and how he was loaded and would crush anyone who stands in his way. Steer clear these are terrible people!

Dan

Do not rent from this agency.I caught this company going through our personal items when I came home from work one day. They wait until your out of the house then snoop through your things. They will come into your apartment at all hours thinking your not there. Charles Shrimpf is impossible to deal with and their customer service is horrible. All around terrible company!

Horrible Company

They come into your rental while your at work and snoop through your things. They claim the things were moved to accomodate construction. They only show up when your not there at all hours of the day and night. It's a terrible company and they will do anything they can to keep your deposit. Don't waste time on them move on to action realty.
