I have ordered from them many times and never have had any issues. We use them by request for our State Board Meetings. Sandwiches are always fresh and arrive here on time. We eat there periodically as a family and have always enjoyed their sandwiches especially their chicken salad wraps.

Last week I ordered a chicken fajita on white and a santa fe steak on wheat. My order was delivered and I had a chicken santa fe on wheat and steak fajita on white. I called they said they would send new sandwiches. I asked how order was entered and it was as it was delivered. The owner called me back told me he personally took the order and knew I was wrong. He said he did not enter it wrong. My husband and family were listening when I ordered and they said I ordered what I thought I had. He asked me if I had any idea how much it would cost to bring me new sandwiches. Explained to him that I am customer service certified and that it costs less to keep customers than to get new ones. I order from there once a week. He said yes and we appreciate. Told him they weren't acting like they did. He hung up on me. I didn't curse or yell. He called me to tell me I was wrong and he wouldn't fix and hung up on me. I will never do business with them again.
