I have been to Nails 1st many times.. The first two times were great. Then as I kept going back to them to get my nails filled it just got worse and worse. I went there probably 5 times total. As "aj.brewer.984" said... the young guy burned me many many times. He was grinding them down instead of cutting them and filling them. I never went back.

I went to nails 1st and and the young guy that works there doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Messed my nails up and cut and burned me in the process! Had to go to another place to have them fixed! Thank god for ty at modern nail! I will never go to nails 1st again!

I love it! Tram is awesome. Very friendly and hilarious! I won't go any where else as long as he is in business!

From the 1st time I went to Nails 1st I absolutely loved it. They were friendly and very informative. Though the are from Vietnam they speak English. They call me by name. I couldn't believe that after the first time they would know me by name. I work in customer service and I believe calling people by name is very important. It makes you feel that you are important. I would recommend you highly to go in and give them a chance to serve you. I bet if you do you will definitely go back !!!

Love love love this place! ! Prices are competitive for around here and they are very friendly. Always greeted with a smile and the design girl is awesome..been able to so every design ive brought in so far . Acrylic nails is what I always get and I have no comolaints about them! Ive been sending everyone their way!

Prices are more expensive than most and services not as good. Will not be going back. Pushy on other services. My gel nails were chipped after 2 days. Go someplace else!
