The staff at JC Honda is always courteous and professional and go a long way to make get your vehicle serviced painlessly. There is a very nice customer lounge with coffee/hot chocolate/bottled water available.. Love my Honda CRV and love Jefferson City Honda for excellent customer service.

Jefferson City Honda is a good dealership and I do recommend them when asked. However; your Customer Service is the best! Broc Tellman goes above and beyond in his job as Service Advisor. I could go anywhere to get my Civic worked on, but thanks to your service team-I never will. Broc and the other service advisor are the best.

Josh Cruz our salesman is the nicest and friendliest car salesman l have dealt with. Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. Jacob the sales manager was easy to deal with and wasn't high pressure like a lot of sales managers . Will go back for our next new car purchase.

The atmosphere felt very welcoming and the pressure was low. We told them our plan after the first purchase and everything went well.
