Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them. I felt a level of insignificance that was portrayed by the Owners. I also overheard a conversation that sounded like Menu Makers profit margin should trump employees salary putting them(employees) in a welfare status. I felt bad for the employees and felt bad after being treated that way. Not to mention overpriced merchandise.

I look forward to see a major change in the way they do business, how they treat vendors and their employees. But as of now, I cannot and WILL NOT recommend them for your business needs.

Always have received prompt service with excellent products. Have used their products for many fund raisers
