I have never had to replace a windshield and was delighted when I came across expert glass' cut-throat rates. I scheduled an appt with "Jess" to have them come replace my windshield the next day, but when I asked what time they would arrive I was told "I'm not sure" which I thought was pretty odd. I had informed them that my mother would be calling to pay for the replacement before they came and they were fine with that. My mother called SEVEN times during business hours with no answer so she left a message.. No response. I waited around most of the day for them to show up until I decided that this was no way to conduct business and moved on. I'm in shock that these people completely ignored their customers and have the audacity to actually call themselves professionals. There was absolutely nothing professional about my experience. My advice would be to pay a little more to have real experts replace and repair your damages. Don't even waste the phone call.

Quality work and fast service. Came to my location to fix my windshield.
