There is no doubt that from an educational standpoint, this is a wonderful place for a child to grow and develop. The frustration sets in with the extremely high turn over rate of staff and lack of communication from the director. Not to mention that the inclement weather policy changed 3 times within the winter of 2010-11. The director has wonderful ideas and you get excited to hear about upcoming changes, but the truth is only one in ten will ever come to pass. Thank goodness they finally got a security system since anyone could just walk in and sometimes it was hard to find a staff member. Don't expect to see the director there in the morning as she doesn't like to make it in that early. I love the care that my child has, but I am highly disappointed in the day to day operations of the business.

I'm not sure about the last comment concerning staff turn over considering all but 3 of the staff at the facility have been there for more than a year. We are very happy with the facility. The kids do move classrooms at the end of the day, not because of lack of staff but because its the end of the day closing. I have been with the facility for over a year and it is one of the best facilities we have been in. It is very clean and shoeless and the employees are great. I have been in several other places and this one by far is the best. I hope this helps any who may think twice.

The high teacher turnover rate is concerning. My daughter has attended this facility for the last 2 years and the teachers just never stick around. It's sometimes difficult to determine what classroom she will be in when I pick her up because they keep shuffling kids around to accommodate for a lack of staff. I can say that it is very clean and I like the shoeless environment- our daughter comes home happy each day.

Staff is fine. A recent turnover of the staff bothers me a little. (Why did the old teachers leave?) Also, there never seems to be anyone when you walk in. This allows anyone to walk into the building without notice. You almost have to hunt the teachers down. My daughter enjoys it there and for the most it meets our needs. I really like that they have a no shoe policy. And they take the time on their health menu. I just wish they would spend a little more time on their security. Maybe a door bell to get into the building.

We found this daycare from a friend and WOW. The staff is great, the Director will go above and beyond to help your family and the facility offers a very clean and educational environment. My children do not spend all day playing they actually teach the children there and from what I have been told they are in the process of becoming an accredited preschool, which is great. I am blessed to have found this place. Wonderful and fun. A must see.

A true hidden gem. This facility is new, clean and fun for the children. It has been a blessing for our daughter, to have found such a warm place to help raise her. This day care facility feeds the children mostly organic healthy foods and the teachers on staff are great.
