I recently had the unpleasant experience of Broadway Wrecker. Dallas came to help me and was unprofessional and smelled so bad of marijuana that it was horrible. How could a company keep drivers like this! Next time I will call a different company. Anybody has to be better than this one.

I was involved in a car accident in Jefferson City. Most stressful experience ever, that is until Broadway Wrecker showed up. Casey showed up and right from the start was very professional. He explained the whole process of what happens next to me and made me feel better. I was also stressed cause I had no ride but my car was being towed to my house so he said I could ride with him. He was the most friendly person and by the time I got home I was not even thinking of the car accident. Also I wanted it in my garage since I could not lock it anymore and he was able to back it in there no hesitation and I have a very narrow garage. Overall I am definitely a customer from now on. Thank you so much Casey for turning my very bad day to a relaxed and enjoyable one!

My car broke down at a stoplight with my 71 year old mother driving. I was at work and she called. I called affordable towing, they towed the car to the shop and started working on the car right away. They were so nice to my mom. She hadn't eaten all day and they were nice enough to drive through McDonald's so she eat, then drove her home afterwards. My car is still being worked on but I'm sure it will be fixed and good as new in no time. Thanks guys!!

I can’t remember the last time I had my car towed so I didn’t know what to expect. We couldn’t be with it because of work and I didn’t know how to pay for the tow or how to get the keys to them. That’s when Don suggested he could come to me at work for the keys and I could either give the driver my credit card and he could run it on his phone or we could bill the tow through the dealership. They made everything simple

These guys are way over priced and dont know what they are doing.

I have to admit I was looking for the best deal and called 3 other places before I decided to have you tow my car. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and treated me with respect. I didn't have an emergency, I just needed a new alternator installed. Thanks

I recently received a letter from a customer commending us for our fast courteous service. This customer was on the highway with her grandchild and had car trouble and needed to have her car towed. She found our number by calling information and we arrived within 15 minutes, loaded her and her grandchild in the front seat of the tow truck, and helped her with suggestions on where to go for service since she was from outside the area. She was very pleased with the quick professional service and will reccommend us to all of her friends and family when traveling through Jefferson City.
