10/18/2016 A service employee came and checked the chimney from the inside, said it didn't look like it needed cleaned. Went outside to check it from above, said he couldn't get up there. Yanked my wood burning insert part way out of the fireplace and got it stuck part out and part in. THEN told me they don't pull inserts as part of their inspection! Said sorry, I can't get it back in, then left. Now I am left with a fireplace that I can't use. I will be filing charges against this company. Now I have to find another company that can check if he did any damage and get the insert to go back into the fireplace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
