quick to lose his temper. just asking questions caused him to lose it. would not recommend. no matter how well he does the job... the customer should not put up with his rage....quick to tell you he is busy, he is the best in the area etc. I too am busy and my money is good anywhere. unprofessional first impression with him

owner Dave of a capital is responding to the review write up on my company.

I no exactly what house the customer that says he never received a written estimate from me Dave owner.

It's because I never received payment as promised by visa they was buying a home on Arona road in North huntington.

I have been doing business in the local area treating people right for 30 years.

people like this guy nobody will even make him happy not even his wife.

I regret making you mad you simple piece of art.

If you don't like my style then I suggest you went else where.

My company is 5 star company with out your opinion.

So busy kiss where the sun don't shine .

I will continues on 1 out of thousands is bad.

My experience with Dave from A Capital Chimney was nothing short of disastrous. he was very detailed and knowledgable during the inspection. After not hearing anything, I called him the next day. He went over all of the issues with my chimney and gave me quotes on labor and materials of $2,400. He promised me a written report within 48 hours. NINE days later I had heard nothing from him. After calling again he once again promised me a report the next day. Three days later after a voice mail and an email he called me back blaming his comcast for me not getting the report. He said he would have it to me within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later (I guess the comcast guy was faster than when he comes to my place) I got a misspelled report that was just a typed email, no company information or explanation of costs, and the estimate was almost doubled. After questioning this he claimed the initial estimate was materials only, which he specifically explained was not the case originally. I thought for a long time about refusing to pay for this inspection, but without paperwork backing up what we talked about over the phone, legally I did not feel comfortable withholding payment. He may have cheaper quotes (at least originally) but I have no confidence in this company's ability to follow through on ANY of it's claims. I am just glad I saw this before I contracted him to complete the work. I would stay away
