The veterinarian himself is a wonderful doctor & human being. He is the best cat doctor in the state. He unfortunately has a horrible mean ugly old woman working for him. Miss Connie enjoys being a BITCH. She is one of the ugly hateful people who enjoys being ugly and hateful. His practice would grow by leaps and bounds if he would fire her. I suspect she is a family member. It's sad.
