Shannon is best colorist I have ever encountered, and the owner of the shop. I have been seeing her for so long and trust her coloring skills so much, I would recommend her to anyone. Not only is she wonderful at styles, color, nails, ect., she makes people feel welcome and comfortable in her shop. Victoria has since been let go, due to her inabilities as a cosmotologist. New people have been hired and no one ever leaves dissatisfied.

I was so excited to get my hair colored a whiteish blonde. I even took a pic of what I wanted my hair to look like. The lady Victoria said ok to the color I showed and explained to her. After it was finished I looked at it in the mirror and about had a stroke. It looked like a cooper penny. I hated it I told her that I did not like it at all. She said Oh well I did not think you would like what you told me so I did this. I did not appericiate her doing what she wanted with MY HEAD. She did color it again HOWEVER it looked the same. I left upset called back and made an appt for later that evening. Victoria said she would have to charge me again. I did not go back. I was not going to pay for her to mess it up again.
