We had Mehringer's repair our AC unit for what should have been a warranty repair. Instead of treating it as a warranty repair they billed us fully for the service. We have left several voice mail messages but we have not received a return phone call and continue to receive past due notices. If I could leave a zero star rating for professionalism I would - there's absolutely no excuse for not returning a call. We are out-of-town property owners and only in town on weekends so we are unfortunately not able to work this out in person.

Had a communication issue with a technician but got a call from one of their owners and the communication and understanding helped make what was upsetting experience a professional and courteous experience. We will use them again in the future for sure. Their work has been top notch.
