These people came out to look at a bat problem and wanted about $9000.00 to get rid of bats and said that I needed to have my attach completely cleaned out and restored. I then called a local company and their guy said there was a pile of guano about 3 inches around that fell from the vent. He saw no more signs of bats anywhere else in the attach. He got rid of the bats, closed all possible entrances, and cleaned and disinfected where the guano was found for $650.00, much better than the $9000.00.
