Our children started martial arts at AKF Martial Arts Academy in 2007 to learn self defense. What we found was that our children learned respect, self confidence, their grades went up and they became more physically fit. Our three kids loved going so much that when we had to miss a class due to holiday or vacation; they were really upset.
Our entire family is now enrolled in kyuki-do and judo. Master Holden is the best instructor my children have ever had...our only regret is not enrolling sooner.
