I've used this business twice, once to fix frozen pipes, the other for a clogged sink. Both times he came promptly, spent a good amount of time on the problem, and fixed my issues. The frozen pipe issue ended up being a city problem, but he stayed almost two hours and called the city on my behalf. He charged very little for the time he spent. His prices were fair, unlike a lot of the really big shysters in our area and was willing to come on the eve of a holiday weekend - which few other plumbers would do without charging an insane amount.
