Worst treatment I have ever received from a company. The staff member evaluating my car, though he is supposedly state certified, was proved wrong in his evaluation of my window tint, but instead of apologizing, he adamantly refused to pass my car, saying it was a personal judgement call, even after it had passed inspection, at that same facility, every year for the past 3 years, with no changes to the window tint during that time. He was not only wrong in his evaluation, but extremely rude about it and the manager had nothing to say even though he knew me as a repeat customer. I have 5 vehicles, none of which I will be bringing back to Dunn Tire in Jamestown, NY. I will also be telling all of my customers and friends about the poor customer service and treatment at this location, and will be advising them never to bring their cars here.
