The staff is incompetent and they have no clue on how to do a basic hair wash or blow out. I am Dominican and I have visited many Dominican hair salons in Boston and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. When I asked to speak with the owner the lady said that the owner was not there. To my surprise it was HER!! She just did not want to deal with the complaint. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
