I have two Boston Terriers and I work full time, so they get a walk every week day. Tammy and Rudy are great! They are always available and so reliable. I never have to worry about leaving the dogs home all day. They even send me updates, pictures or videos of the walk, which I love! Pondside Pet Care is fantastic. I recommend them to anybody.

Pondside Pet Care has been great. Tammy and her staff took care of my 2 cats while I was on a weekend vacation. The cats loved them; they were fed/watered twice a day, and their litter was cleaned each day. Very happy with the service.

Tammy has been my dog sitter for 5 yrs. She is very reliable & trustworthy. She has always been able to accommodate out ever changing schedule. Our dogs love her :)

ammy and Pondside Pet Care is more than just a pet-sitting service, they have become our family. I have never met any pet sitter more knowledgeable, dedicated, organized, caring, or compassionate than Tammy. We have used them for five months approximately 3-5 days a week since the week we moved to this area. They make house calls, weekend stays, vet trips, medicine admission, follow-up texts, quick return on questions--all of which they have done for our family the last five months. Our home is safe and secure and most important our two labradors are loved. When Tammy pulls in the driveway (always on time) the dogs are waiting to greet her. Our labs are "special needs" with one with irritable bowel disease and one with hip dysplasia. Tammy has worked with our sometimes sick and sore dogs with grace and ease. I am a bit hesitant with injections and Tammy offered and followed a three month injection schedule with one of my labs. The other lab is scheduled for hip surgery and I trust no one other that Tammy to home board my other lab while the other recovers. Not only will she board one dog but she will give "love visits" to the other during that time period. I can't say enough about Tammy and her staff. Our family loves her and we will always have her care for our dogs. Give Pondside Pet Care a try.....you will NOT be disappointed.

very unreliable. I arranged to have this woman watch my two cats over the Christmas holiday. We met in October and she seemed nice and capable. I did not hear from her for weeks after the initial meeting and my emails bounced back and calls were not returned. I was getting nervous as I was leaving for 6 days and my cats could not stay alone. She finally called me two weeks before I was leaving and told me she had changed her email address and had surgery. I asked if she could still watch the cats and she assured me she could. Another week went by and she finally called. We made arrangements to meet the next day for key exchange and the next day a few hours before we were to meet she emailed me(did not even have the courtesy to call me) to tell me her doctor told her she could not climb stairs or bend. I had asked if she could do this and she kept assuring me she could, I understand that people get sick but she really left me in the lurch. I could not find another pet sitter and most of my relatives and neighbors were going out of town. I finally found space at the Boston Cat Hospital(bless them) but it cost over $200 more than I had planned to spend. I hope the owner recovers but it was very unprofessional and unreliable of her to leave me stranded, especially as I asked several times if she really felt she could accommodate me. Again, people get sick but her failure to call ne back and her changing her email address and not notifying her customers was very unprofessional. I find it odd that for a person who had allegedly been in business for 7 years that there are no other reviews.
