Stay far, far away from these guys. Once they have your money, they will never take your call. A washing machine I bought from them stopped working...it was full of standing water getting more stagnant and unhealthy by the day. I called once. A rude and disinterested fellow took my number and said "Gary will call back." No response. Two days later, I called again. Same disinterested response. "Gary will call back." A week later, no response. Maybe Gary is their imaginary service repairman. Both Yale Electric (if you like small businesses) and Sears (if you just want it done) took my call immediately, and both were willing to schedule the work within the next two business days.

I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 10-12AM. AT NOON I HAD TO CALL THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AS I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL. AFTER BEING PLACED ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES, A GAL COMES BACK TO TELL ME "AL" WAS JUST PAGED AND SHE WILL CALL ME BACK. A FEW MINUTES LATER SHE CALLS TO TELL ME AL WILL BE THERE IN 30-40 MINUTES!! I TOOK THE MORNING OFF OF WORK TO HAVE THIS TAKEN CARE OF, WHAT A WASTE. I HAD TO GET TO WORK BY 1PM. I GET TO WORK AND GET A PHONE CALL FROM AL SAYING HE IS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. I TELL HIM I CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT AND HIS RESPONSE WAS WOW NO ONE TOLD ME. MY RESPONSE WAS, WELL NO ONE CALLED ME TO ALERT ME TO YOUR TARDINESS EITHER. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS TO HAVE MY MACHINE SERVICED.

Although they don't offer Saturday delivery at this time, the service is great. You can get an appointment right away if you need it and they will narrow it down to a two hour time windows. Hard to find in this day and age.
