With 17 kitchens in the United States and one in Shanghai, China, it supplies airline and retail customers with meals and snacks. The company employs over 3000 people worldwide. The U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency has recently named Flying Food Group as the National Minority Global Supplier Distributor of the Year (2010). It has also introduced Sano Parfaits, a retail line of sundae, yogurt parfaits available at supermarkets and other consumer outlets. Flying Food Group s list of clients includes Air France and Star Bucks Coffee among others.
