Customer service is deplorable at Feurtado Shipping. The women answering the phones are disrespectful and treat customers as if they're mere inconvieniences. Called to check on a package I shipped with them after a month passed and my folks didn't recieve it and recieved the worst treatment EVER. I've been a customer for over 7 years and the one time I had an issue I wasn't even allowed to speak with a supervisor. One customer rep literally hang up on me after deciding that I didn't need to speak with hee supervisor because he's going to tell her to handle it. I called back and when asked who I was and why I'd want to speak to the supervisor she said "didn't I just tell you he was in a container and I wasn't going to bother him" If those are the people representing Feurtado shipping they have failed at proactively training staff to handle customer's complaints. They need to take a strong initiative to properly train staff in effective communication.
I will never spend another dime with Feurtado Shipping as their customes are secondary to their egos. No explanation as to why a 2 week shipment took 6 weeks and refusing to allow me to speak to a supervisor because I have a complaint?
Unacceptable!
