Established in 1982 and located in Jamaica, N.Y., Allen Christian Pre-School offers educational services throughout the region. The school offers classes in prekindergaten and kindergarten, and enrolls more than 200 students. Its curriculum offers a wide range of subjects, such as English, mathematics, science, computer science, foreign language, religion, social studies, physical education and health. The kindergarten reading program includes phonological and phonemic awareness, print awareness, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The preschool has an outdoor playground with sports equipment that meets students requirement. It also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as games, painting, construction, modeling, dance, and music. Allen Christian Pre-School additionally offers breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks to its students.
