Horrible service

Terrible business. Only one person working who can sign on your dig permit for a fence on housing for utilities. Came out once and I got called into work but called the guy 30 minutes before he was supposed to come out. When I called him back to come out he said it would be an extra 10$. I took the day off of work for him to come out but he didn�t show and never called. This happened several times. So do I get to take off 10$ every time he doesn�t show up for the appointment. Why aren�t there more people working for this company and why does this guy require cash for the job. This business seems really shady and is unreliable. The housing office really needs to get someone else to do this location.
