Have been a customer for over seven years. Service is reliable, and I have not been overcharged (I only use the gas for my fireplace and pay nothing during the non-heating months). There is an annual rental fee for the tank, but that keeps the liability for maintenance where it belongs - with the vendor.

I called and needed a new water heater put in at my house, I was told that they would be out that day to figure out what I wanted and to give me a quote for services. Nobody showed up that day and when I attempted to contact the office I was given the run around. I went to a different company and got my service THAT day. Prompt service is clearly not a priority for paying customers.

This is a small local company. No complaints in 6 years.

Used this fuel provider for many years. Have no problem with people making a decent living but when folks get too greedy, it is time to look elsewhere.



The more fuel I used, the higher the price would go. Other local people were not paying near as much for fuel as I was paying. Then, when I cut back some on my useage, started getting billed a lease fee for the tank. Regretablly, had signed an overly long and detailed contract. Once they get a tank hooked up to your home that's it. You are going to get billed monthly- big time.



Getting their tank unhooked from my home was another big, costly hassle.



One elderly lady said she had not used but just a little fuel with her gas logs but kept getting unreasonable large bills from this provider every month.



The LP business is not regulated. Do yourself a favor and choose your gas provider carefully.

Bought gas from this shady buisness for many years. One day, one delivery driver said: "buddy, you're paying way too much for this gas". Sure enough, started asking around and found that I was paying almost a dollar a gallon more than other local people for the same product. Used a lot of gas too.The LP gas delivery business is not regulated. they can charge as much as they think they can get out of you. Would look around if I were you. Do yourself a favor and pick a good gas dealer. Once they get you to sign a contract, that's it.

The people that run this unregulated business are not the sort I want to do business with anymore. Got price gouged for many years before I smartened up some and found another fuel provider that charged much less. Look around some, get some advise and be careful when choosing a fuel provider. Once you sign their contract- that's it. They know all the tricks.
