I hired Mr Nicole to handle a foreclosure/modification issue. He was able to get modification in place and the bank to file a full dismissal with 7 months. He updated me after each hearing and patiently answered all my questions. He treated me with respect and talked to me without being condescending. I would highly recommend Mr. Nicol.

Incredibly satisfied from start to finish. Staff and attorney were informative and responsive. Would recommend for business law.

They are amazing! I never felt left out of the loop and always knew what was going on, they were on time with documents, and i never worried whether or not things were going to be done right! I will use them in the future if i need to, but hopefully i wont!

Let me sum up my experience for you. Four months and almost $4000 later, nothing has been accomplished.



Lets start from the beginning. We hired this firm in September looking to get a child support order written up. At the advising of Mr. Nicols we agreed to also file a child custody order and were told we would pay a flat fee because it would save us money. We paid up front, (big mistake). They REFUSED to answer me by email, they would only talk to me over the phone, and they never were available when I called. There was a point in time that they didn't respond to me for almost a month. I finally heard back from them when they were asking for an additional deposit for mediation.



The entire time I was working them I had little to no idea what was happening with my case. I was so left in the dark I actually had to call other attorneys to try to understand why there was a hold up with my case. Its only then I was informed that the state of Florida didn't even have jurisdiction over custody of my children, (My children and I live in North Carolina) Because of this the case would have been dismissed and all the time and money we invested was for no reason. Now we are at a stalemate with this firm. After abruptly having a new lawyer assigned to the case, I was belittled and basically yelled at by my new attorney Winnie after I let her know I knew they filed the paper work incorrectly. We requested to drop the custody part of the case and continue to file for support since that was the only thing Florida could actually do. Shortly after this conversation I was sent paperwork to dismiss the case and was told there was nothing more they could do for me. I called Winnie repeatedly and finally was able to talk to her only for her to tell me I said I didn't want to pursue the case anymore and she was done representing me. So now here I am, out all this money because this fraudulent firm took on a case they had no jurisdiction to take and my children still do not have child support. I had to talk to numerous lawyers and pay consultation fees just to understand what was going on because this firm was so incompetent. It's funny because every Jacksonville attorney I talked to had heard of Nicols and had nothing good to say about them whatsoever. Stay away from from Nicols and yourjacksonvillelawyer.com. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had.

Found the firm via their Facebook. Response was quick and easy. I needed representation for a traffic inncident, and was on a limited budget. Mr. Nicol and staff were very accomodating and took care of my problem. I would recommend them.

Was wrongfully charged with a crime I did not commit. My family hired Mr. Nicol and his firm to represent me. I had previously been in trouble a few years ago for a similar charge, so my outlook was not the best. Mr. Nicol handled my case with precision and detail. He left no stone unturned and felt that he really believed me when i told him I was innocent. He saw my case through trial and I am homw now to leave this review. Terrible experience. I would give them negative stars if that was an option. All we needed was a will. They charged us for a complex will, and then left out all of the items which make it complex. Where do our kids go if something happens to us? Still up in the air, according to the "will" that they completed. The portion that was completed was misspelled and incomplete. Basically useless. I am now going to Legal Zoom online to get a will that we can actually use.

Stay away from this law firm. They are not only ineffective in their ability to represent you they are frustrating to deal with. The receptionist, Deanna (sp?) is rude at best and does not follow through. They do not keep you informed and leave you hanging. It appears they have a poor relationship with other law offices in that they can not get a timely response and are unable to get action taken. I've waited over a month for them to get an opposing attorney to release two bank accounts that were garnished. The bank says they have yet to be notified and it is Nicols' office that must have the opposing attorney send the release. Nicols' office refuses to provide me the contact to follow through and yet they say ??? that they call every day. I do not believe them and therefore can not recommend them to even my worst enemy.

after realizing its not that easy to do court documents on my own and getting a hearing I hired mr. nicol to change my name I've wanted to be rid of it many years but didn't know I could just go change my name Mr.nicol did all the court time the filing and everything else and did not charge hourly. the director Aden is a hoot I felt.like I was hope n they serve great coffee

Neil Khorn:



I went to obtain services for my Disability case from

atty. Neil Khorn, he made prromises to do a excellent

job and that he has many years in this field he did not

do nor have this. If fact, he was one of the worst

Attorney's I have ever meet, he acts very polite and

seems to care.



When I asked him to keep me informed of how

everything works and when, how, where and what to do

he promissed me that he would do this and he never did.

The above went on for months and the office employees

were very rude, uncooperative and made false acusations

about things that I had said.



When I went to another attorney, I learned that he never

worked on my Disability case at all. One other thing, I

even learned that he was not know in the world of

Disability attorneys.



My recomendation, do not ever use Neil Khorn

for anything.

I paid these guys a lot of money and never got anything from them. All they were interested in were their billable hours. The health and welfare of my family was the last thing on their mind. And I'm not alone. Save yourself the time and money and find someone else.
