Terrible service, We are a Navy family and after leasing for 1 year we were switched from one agent to another. After paying our rent on time for over 18 months and giving proper notice, we have yet to receive our security deposit back. It was agreed during a final walk through with leasing agent that the full deposit would be returned to us within 30 days which is 15 days longer than FL law allows. It is now 49 days after we vacated the premises and we have yet to receive our money. Repeated phone calls and emails go unanswered. I would not recommend this leasing office to anyone.
