RE tenderness and moist...These guys need to go to Woody's on University and learn from the masters!!!

If so, this is the place to go. I went to enjoy a casual lunch with some coworkers the other day and must say, what a disappointment. After 15 minutes of waiting, our "waitress" finally came to take our drink order. She couldn't even remember 2 sweet teas and a water. Another 15 minutes before she came back to take the food order. The lunch crowd was dying down, but it was busy, so we tried to give some understanding of this, but it continued to get worse and worse. 30 minutes after the food order was placed, no food had been delivered, yet several tables around us that had been seated after us were already enjoying their meals. We had no special orders, although the "waitress" couldn't even remember what we ordered 2 seconds after we told her. When we inquired if she knew where our food was, she responded "yes" and walked away. The food was finally delivered and was cold... She never checked on our table, we had to catch her and ask for drink refill every time, and not once did she even crack a smile or ask how our meal was. She also apparently rang our order up under a different waitresses name, which I assume wad done because she knew how horrible she was treating us. This young lady has no business interacting with customers. The cashier was clueless and couldn't even split a check. Which we asked the waitress to do, but she apparently could not be bothered to do so. I have not had such a horrible dining experience in a long time. If you like cold BBQ and attitudes, this is the place for you. Otherwise spend the time to find a different Woody's....

the service was amazing.we were greeted by a very nice hostess.

we were quickly seated and served with a big smile on their faces.

it was great. we got our food right away and it couldnt have tasted better.

its a great experiance i highly reccomend this woodys!!!
