I looked up the reviews on this place and went with it because it seemed like a great deal. I scheduled an appointment for 5/22/18 at 630pm and paid for the service in advance. On the Sunday before my appointment, 5/20/18, I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment. I replied with the applicable response and received a text confirming my appointment. I drove 3 hours to get the service done and when I arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady, asked to fill out a form and she told me she would be right back. I completed the form and stood there waiting. A nice man who looked like he was trimming someone’s hair asked me if there was someone up front helping me and I said no. He came up front to assist and told me the person who would be seeing me today was not there yet but she would be soon. That was fine so I took a seat and waited patiently. Not long after the first young woman I encountered came up to me and said the person who was supposed to take care of me today didn’t know about the appointment and she wasn’t coming! EXCUSE ME, WHAT? She asked if I wanted to reschedule. That may have been all right if I lived 15 minutes away but I got off early and drove ALL this way AFTER CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT! No I cannot just reschedule! That would be a 6 hour drive and I have to take the loss because of your incompetence?! She made it seem like I was SOL saying she couldn’t refund the money and all they could do was reschedule. I contacted the website I purchased through and they told me they only do refunds within 3 days and it was well past that. I was so hurt that this happened after booking on the phone AND confirming the appointment. I cried half of the way home. My fiance's birthday is coming up and I was getting the service for him. I contacted the BBB and they didn't even care to respond.

I bought a double take deal to get a "spa" pedicure and manicure for $35 which is normally $70. I thought I was going to get a relaxing, organic spa experience. . There is NO massage chair or bubbly foot bath, your feet are in a bowl of water they add by using a pitcher. . There is also no scrubbing with a pumice to get dead skin off and NO FOOT OR LEG MASSAGE!!! It took 1 hour 45 minutes for my pedicure which I'm still not sure why it took so long to trim and file my nails, push cuticles back an trim and apply a gel scrub that was wiped off with a towel. For my manicure their was no cuticle remover used, just water, no lotion and again NO MASSAGE. . Polish was applied and their was no method to DRY my nails which were ruined in a matter of minutes because cuticle oil was applied AFTER my polish (which wasn't dry 2 hours later) I had to leave. I had been there for almost 2 1/2hours and I had to remove it at home. . . I spent a total of $50 and was not at all satisfied. . Will not be back.
