We're so glad we found you. Our dogs are definitely family members & leaving them with someone who understands that and feels the same way means a lot. We highly recommend to anyone seeking care for their pets.

Christina and Doug have been coming to my home since last September. I am very pleased with the excellent care and attention they provide my animals. They will tell you I have a full house! (Four Siberian huskies and two cats)



I feel 100% safe and confident with leaving them in their care. Their attention to detail is superb. I work long hours on the weekend and its nice to come home to happy and tired dogs. They are equipped to handle any situation. One day a six foot snake wandered into my yard while they were pet sitting and Doug was able to capture and remove it from my yard safely!



I just recently used their in-home boarding services while I went on a camping trip. Christina kept me updated and I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about the dogs. My huskies enjoyed their stay and were presented to me all fluffy and clean! Their dog Maxie is a great playmate to them as well.



While You're Away is truly the best service out there. They put so much heart into caring for their clients, I wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

Christina is a wonder with animals. I had never used an in-home pet sitter before and being new to the Jacksonville, FL area, we didn't know who we could trust, but with Christina from the initial meeting, I knew that she was the one.



My husband and I have two mini Daschunds and two older cats. All were so happy and well taken care of any time we engaged While You're Away services.



It gives you a peace of mind to know that you are leaving, what I consider members of my family, in the care of someone whom I can trust.



Although we are moving out of the area for the next 6 months, you can bet that when we get back Christina and While You're Away pet sitting is one name I will use again and again!

Caring, Honest, Prompt, Flexible and all around good people. They worked with my schedule for our initial consult. Good first impression followed by great service. They put me at ease when having to go away for 2 weeks. No huge boarding bill plus they looked after my home in addition to taking care of my two pets.

To think I used to drop them off at a kennel and exposed them to other animals with contagious health issues is now completely unacceptable to me after using While You're Away.
