Wastebooks is an unethical firm. Do not purchase their software/product. I was pressured into purchasing their software by a certain date in order to be grandfathered into the current fee schedule, which was changing to a monthly service fee. Once they had my money I discovered that none of the features promised to me were available, unless I paid a monthly service fee of $119, which was way out of my price range. They refused to acknowledge their deception and refused to refund me my initial purchase price. I later found out that they were dropped by QuickBooks, and are no longer affiliated with them in any way. I urge anyone considering their product to look at other alternatives.
