Should be 'minus' 1 star. Terrible. Overpriced. A dishonest company that does shoddy work. Way, way overpriced filters! We have a service plan and needed the coil cleaned, they said it was not covered, tried to overcharge us $800 to clean the coil. We have called other places and got estimates of $400 or less for the same job. We will find a reputable service that is honest and upfront with costs and doesn't gouge prices. Don't fall for their line of bull. Done with Weather Engineers!
