The manager for mckinley has a really nasty attitude, I will tell Nicole a sales rep has amazing customer service but the other collegues down talk you... their manager nikki law is upset with us paying residents for crimes happening in their apartment complex, she states "research should have been done, specially being on the north side." She has admitted to car being broken into and getting rob since "crime doesn't have a set location" then slams the door as I explained loyal residents deserve to be treated as they pay... very unprofessional leadership and attitude and as you all have read the property manager admitted to this complex being high crime complex. Do not move in to these nor any that the McKinley incorporation owns
