HORRIBLE in every way. Disfuntional employees, unresponsive, unprofessional, rude. DO NOT RENT FROM OR USE THEM!!!

I wish I could give them minus 5 stars!!! This is the WORST property management company that we've ever rented from, and we were in the military, so we have rented from many. They do NOT care about their renters. All they want is the renter's money. The renter calls to complain and gets no call back or follow-up. We were without A/C during the beginning of the summer for over a week all because the owner of the house wanted to order a more inexpensive part to repair the unit instead of doing the right thing and fixing it right away. However, there was NO reduction in the rent or any other accommodation for us sweltering in the heat for eight days and nights. If you are wanting to rent in the Jax area, RUN don't walk away from ALL Walter Williams Property Management offices!!!
